We offer a 30 day no quibble refund to all our customers. If you are not 100% happy with your order simply return the bottles to our address and we will refund your money less the cost of delivery. Once we confirm receipt of the product or packaging, we will process your refund. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@guanoboost.com. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to adjust or cancel your subscription. At GuanoBox, we prioritize your satisfaction and offer a hassle-free cancellation process. You can cancel your subscription anytime with ease. Simply send us an email or whatsapp. Your cancellation will take effect immediately, and you will not be billed for any future deliveries. Should you decide to resubscribe in the future, we'll be here to welcome you back with open arms.
