GuanoBoost Subscription Policy

1. Overview

Thank you for choosing a GuanoBoost Subscription.

Our subscription service allows you to receive your selected GuanoBoost products automatically at your chosen delivery interval without having to place a new order each time.

By selecting a subscription during checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted this Subscription Policy.

2. Subscription Options

Customers may choose to receive selected products:

·      Every month

·      Every second month

·      Every third month

The applicable subscription discount will be displayed during checkout and will remain applicable while the subscription remains active and complies with this policy.

3. Automatic Billing

By subscribing, you authorize GuanoBoost to automatically charge your selected payment method for each recurring order.

Recurring payments will be processed:

·      On the same calendar day as your original subscription purchase, where possible.

·      At approximately the same time as the original transaction.

·      Using the payment method supplied during checkout.

Each successful payment will automatically generate a new order and shipment.

4. Product Pricing

Future subscription orders will be charged at the subscription price applicable on the date the recurring order is processed.

GuanoBoost reserves the right to amend product prices and subscription discounts at any time.

Should subscription pricing change, subscribers will be notified before the revised pricing takes effect on future subscription orders.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated separately for every recurring order.

The shipping fee charged will be the standard shipping rate applicable on the day that the recurring order is processed and may differ from the shipping fee charged on the original order.

6. Minimum Subscription Commitment

Subscription pricing is offered in exchange for a minimum commitment of two (2) subscription deliveries, consisting of:

·      the initial subscription order; and

·      one additional recurring subscription order.

If a customer requests cancellation before both deliveries have been completed, GuanoBoost reserves the right to:

·      recover the subscription discount applied to the initial order; or

·      deduct the value of the discount from any refund that may otherwise be due.

This policy is intended to ensure that subscription discounts are used for genuine recurring purchases.

7. Failed Payments

If a recurring payment cannot be processed:

·      GuanoBoost may attempt to process the payment again.

·      The subscription may be temporarily paused.

·      If payment remains unsuccessful, GuanoBoost may suspend or cancel the subscription.

8. Cancelling Your Subscription

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time after the minimum subscription commitment described above has been fulfilled.

To prevent your next recurring order from being processed, cancellation requests must be received at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

If a recurring payment has already been processed before your cancellation request is received, that order will still be fulfilled, and the cancellation will become effective thereafter.

9. Updating Your Subscription

Subscribers may request changes to:

·      delivery frequency;

·      delivery address;

·      contact information; or

·      payment details

by contacting GuanoBoost using the contact details above.

10. No Fixed-Term Contract

A GuanoBoost Subscription is not a fixed-term contract.

Once the minimum subscription commitment has been completed, customers are free to cancel their subscription at any time in accordance with this Subscription Policy.

11. Changes to this Policy

GuanoBoost reserves the right to amend this Subscription Policy from time to time.

Any amendments will be published on our website and will apply to future subscription orders.
